Mary Hickey -- she's amazing. My husband and I planned a househunting trip to Austin with only 5 days to find a house. Mary came highly recommended so we decided to work with her. Just prior to our visit, she worked with us by phone and email to understand the type of house we were looking for as well as neighborhood. After many emails forwarding houses on the market we might like, we settled on quite a few to see. All this pre-work made our househunting trip a real success. When we arrived in Austin, Mary was ready for us. She's punctual, totally efficient, insightful and has tons of energy. We looked at houses from morning until late afternoon. Mary is quickly able to understand the needs of her client, so time was not spent looking at houses that were not right for us. When time came to put a contract on a house, Mary shined! We had numerous negotiation problems between us and the seller which were dealbreakers. Mary quickly and relentlessly resolved each of these issues to our great satisfaction. Her "after the sale" support has been simply outstanding. For months, we've been contacting her for advice on anything from interior decorators to contractors to outstanding bakeries.
